Operations Coordinator (Static Security)

Al-Athad provides our clients with dedicated static security coordinator to oversee movement of Al-Athad guard force personnel dedicated to our client projects in Iraq. The static site security coordinator will be responsible for (under the supervision on the Al-Athad OM) but not limited to the following:

Daily movements of Al-Athad Guards Force personnel in accordance with the daily guard force location report
Ensuring all guard posts are fully operational in accordance with our clients’ contractual requirements
Creation of daily reports to the OM, outlining the days activates, mobile and static guard locations and any outstanding/ ongoing issues
Liaison with Al-Athad training department to ensure contract compliance and SSM’s GFS, and GF are available to conduct ongoing continuation training
Liaison with the Al-Athad Logistics Manager (LM) to coordinator site mobilization/ demobilization and any maintenance requirements
Direct Liaison with our client’s security coordinator Iraq

Operations Coordinator (PSD)

Al-Athad provides a dedicated project PSD operations coordinator, located at the OCC who is responsible for ensuring all PSD movements requested are conducted in accordance with our clients requests. This position is responsible for the following:

Liaison with clients security coordinator to ensure all movement requests are facilitated
Ensuring all PSD TL reports are submitted on time in accordance with AL-Athad’s SOPs
Liaison with the LM to assist in site movements when required
Submission reporting as per Al-Athad reporting policy to Client company and the Al-Athad OM

Incident Management

In the event of an incident, Al-Athad security personnel will alert operations staff and on site managers and commanders, by raising the alarm be it on site panic alarm or in vehicle system. A detailed description of the incident management process and how this process incorporates other processes such as Al-Athad Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP) and Quick Reaction Force (QRF) plan, which will be made available to our clients. It is important to note that Al-Athad will create a project specific incident management process for this project in support of our clients. This will include a detailed communications and reporting structure to include our clients’ security management’s personnel, extraction procedures to any in locations safe havens and rooms, QRF reaction plan and evacuation plan.

Quick Reaction Force

Al-Athad provide onsite QRF with dedicated PSD security personnel and commanders in the event of any incident at our client’s location or during transit. In the event of an incident, these dedicated personnel will extract our clients’ personnel in accordance with Al-Athad security plan to designate evacuation safe havens.

Selected security personnel will be rotated through QRF duty and dedicated QRF vehicles assets will be handed over between those assigned to duty, in accordance with duty QRF rota during stand- down rest times. The below table shows the QRF reaction plan for onsite Al-Athad security project personnel. The QRF plan assumes that existing projects assets will be utilized to ensure this capability remains cost effective to our clients.
